His culinary portfolio includes training with the famous chef and Italian cuisine expert Domenico Morpheo, as well as work experience in the best restaurant projects in St. Petersburg: Ginza Project, Ribay, Belka, Volga-Volga, Poultry Yard, 41st Floor,Benoit Farm". In 2019, Zaruf Tuichiev launched his own project, the Milutin 1874 restaurant of Russian and European cuisine on Sadovaya Street.
The restaurant, located on the ground floor of Count Milyutin's mansion, is designed in the neoclassical style, which in turn definitely set the direction when creating the main menu of the establishment.
Traditional dishes of Russian and European cuisine seem to transport you to that very "Golden Age", to that most majestic era, in the time of lavish evenings and social events.
